Our menu is a weekly rotation of the following items.
1) Ginger-Jalapeno Chicken GF
Sautéed chicken and jalapenos with garlic, ginger and Chef Eddy’s special sauce, served over Jasmine rice. (Option: Add all of the veggies)
2) Veggie or Chicken Stir Fry
Rice stir fry in Chef Mike’s special sauce. Loaded up with bean sprouts, onions, garlic, bok choy, zuchinni, squash, and celery. Garnished with fried shallots.
3) Pho Cup’d GF
A huge cup of rich pho broth served with rice noodles, tender beef or chicken breast. Served with bean sprouts, lime, thai basil, cilantro and jalapeno.
(Option: Add Bok Choy)
4) Crispy King Crepe GF
A light rice flour crepe filled with sautéed chicken, onions and bean sprouts served on a bed of shredded cabbage and carrots,
fresh herbs, and cucumbers. Comes with peanut or sweet chili sauce. (Vegetarian option available)
5) Banh Mi Burger
A seasoned chicken and pork Patty with glass noodles, carrots and onions topped with an Asian slaw and sriracha mayo served on a
toasted Hawaiian sweet roll. (Comes with Kettle Chips)
6) Banh Mi Sandwich
Sautéed Chicken, jalapenos, and onions in our Asian sauce on a toasted French roll with pickled root veggies, Japanese mayo,
and cucumber, garnished with cilantro.
7) The Asian Invasion Cheese Steak
Thinly sliced beef, jalapenos, squash, and zucchini, sautéed in our asian sauce, topped with muenster and chedder cheese
on a toasted French roll.
8) World Famous Grilled Cheese
Two thick slices of locally made artisan sourdough bread grilled with Cheddar, Havarti, and pickle slices.
9) So Fresh Spring Rolls
Fresh leaf lettuce, herbs, bean sprouts, chicken and cucumber wrapped in rice paper served with a peanut dipping sauce.
10) The Nam Bomb
The Nam bomb is a big fried rice that combines all of the veggies and meats from the truck and adds Chinese sausage
in a Coca Cola, soy ginger sauce.
